Robert A. “Bob” Jacobson is the current Chairman of the Board of the Association of Productivity Specialists (APS). Jacobson has worked in the field of productivity improvement for over 31 years with IMPAC whose headquarters is in Punta Gorda, Florida. APS is an organization founded in 1976 by companies working in the field of productivity improvement with the main goal of establishing a certification program for the specialists who worked in this niche of consulting.
